The subject of the performance of the public contract (hereafter also referred to as "VZ") is the provision of consulting activities pursuant to § 105 paragraph 1 letter a) Act No. 435/2004 Coll., on employment, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "ZoZ") in the form of counseling programs with the basics of working on a PC, for applicants and those interested in employment and participants in occupational rehabilitation (hereinafter referred to as "participant/participants in counseling activities"). Consulting activities are techniques focused on job search and other activities aimed at the employment of natural persons on labor market, usually combine various pedagogical, social psychological and counseling approaches and forms of work with participants in counseling activities such as group or individual work, presentations, discussions, skills training, role playing, providing feedback links etc. The specification of specific consulting activities is given in Appendix No. 8 of this Tender documentation. 1.
