Add following FAR Clauses and Provisions are added to the solicitation:52.237-3 Continuity of Services (Jan 1991), 52.229-11 Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements—Notice and Representation (Jun 2020) 52.229-12 Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements—Notice and Representation (Feb 2021), 52.245-1 Government Property (Sep 2021).
3.) Remove FAR 52.228-3 from the solicitation.
4.) Attach the following documents to the solicitation:

2. Past Performance Questionnaire
3. Revised Pricing Sheet
4. Revised Section 1 - Continuation Sheet
