1) The Municipality of Pinabacdao, through the 2026 MDF intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php1, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for KUTA SITE (WATCH TOWER) REHABILITATION, RESTORATION AND DEVELOPMENT PROJECT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Pinabacdao now invites bids for KUTA SITE (WATCH TOWER) REHABILITATION, RESTORATION AND DEVELOPMENT PROJECT - Construction of Reinforced concrete stairway and precast concrete pavement with reinforced concrete balusters on both sides at Brgy. 2 Poblacion. Completion of the Works is required 120 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
