The procurement unit is Stara. The procurement comes from the Department of Urban Infrastructure Construction for use. This is a small-scale procurement of material below the national threshold value. The subject of the purchase is bicycle racks, delivered to Stara's warehouse in the Helsinki area or to the work site at Kustinpolu, located in Postipuisto. This purchase does not include concrete slabs. An order is placed with one supplier for the delivery of materials. This procurement notice has been sent for publication on 14 July 2026 in the public procurement Tender service, through which the tender must be prepared and submitted. MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS Frame-locking bike rack made of flat steel. A square side profile, in the middle of which there are crosswise crosswise rebars resembling the shape of a branch. Height 1100 mm (ground part 850 mm high), width 800 mm. Flat steel 8x60 mm. You can ride install 2 pcs/rack. The racks are installed at 1000 mm intervals (center to center) and set up on a concrete slab. The material is hot-dip galvanized and powder-painted flat steel. The color of the frame is RAL 7021. PREPARATION OF THE OFFER The bidder must price the necessary items materials delivered to the warehouse or work site, including all costs.
