Tender Details

This tender includes the renovation and conversion of the old boiler building at "Spritten" to "Kunsthal Spritten".

The task is offered as a main contractor.

The task includes environmental remediation, partial demolition, remodeling and restoration of three connecting building sections in what was previously a boiler buildinging for Danske Spritfabrikker on the site. Boiler halls 1 and 2 and the Workshop building from the ground floor to the 3rd floor. In addition, the task includes an extension by establishing a new gallery floor on the 4th floor on top of the existing Kedelhal 1 and Workshop building, an additional inserted technical floor on the 5th floor in the southern part ofBoiler hall 1 and expansion of the cam extension for the establishment of escape route stairs on the west side of Boiler hall 2. The boiler building is listed. Renovation, restoration and expansion, cf. the project material, is in accordance with permission from the Danish Palaces and Culture Agency, which is the conservation authority.
