Diagnostics and replacement of seals of the KUMERA VLA-1280 gearbox at the Kujawy Mining Plant. The task includes full verification of the technical condition, acceptance tests, sealing works and transport of the device from and to the Kujawy Mining Plant.1. Subject of the orderThe subject of the order is the service of diagnostics and replacement of gear seals KUMERAVLA-1280 for the Kujawy Mining Plant in Bielawy. The detailed scope of work includes: Acceptance and delivery of gears for and from renovation (location collection/delivery: Zakład Górniczy Kujawy, 88-192 Piechcin, Bielawy). Verification of the condition of the gear: Oil condition check, Verification of the condition of bearings and gearing along with measurement of temperatures and vibrations (gear test and preparation of a report); required after verification is to present a price offer for possible additional repair costs, Dismantling the pulley and its subsequent reassembly, Replacing all seals, Testing the gear after renovation and preparing a test report, Cleaning and painting body and refreshing the nameplate.
