Tender Details

1. The subject of the Order is the preparation of the concept, design, creation and maintenance (supervision, monitoring and servicing) of an IT tool called "Kujawsko-Pomorski Barometer", as part of the Project "Entrepreneurial Discovery Process for the Development of Intelligent "Regional specialization" for the purpose of obtaining, collecting and processing data, as well as their visualization and generating publicly available, ready-made reports in various areas related to the region's economy, e.g. regarding unemployment, economic situation, construction, which will allow for ongoing analyze the economic situation of the voivodeship.

95 of the Public Procurement Act, the Ordering Party will require the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, persons performing the activities indicated by the Ordering Party in the scope of contract execution, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 §1 of the Labor Code. The type of activities related to the implementation of the order and the method of verifying the employment of these people and the Ordering Party's rights to control the Contractor's compliance with the requirements related to the employment of these people and sanctions for failure to meet them will be specified in the Terms of Reference and the contract template, after conducting a dialogue in the competitive dialogue mode.
