This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with RFO FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The 177FW, NJANG has a requirement for a replacement engine for a 2013 Kubota SVL 90-2 Skidsteer and required service in accordance with attached Statement of Work (SOW).
GENERAL INFORMATION
Solicitation W50S8F-26-Q-A018 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation contains attachments defining the requirement.

FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds (Apr 1984)- Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government-s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The intended contract vehicle will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract.
