Krane rupperswil-auenstein
the existing overhead cranes at the rupperswil auenstein power plant (kra) will have to be replaced by new cranes. For this reason, two overhead cranes with a 125 t main and an auxiliary hoist with 10 t are procured. The main lift is basically only used for revisions of power plants every 10-20 years. On the other hand, the auxiliary stroke is used regularly. The newcranes should be in operation at least until the concession of the power plant in 2075. In addition to the purchase and assembly, the scope of services also includes the dismantling and disposal of the existing cranes and is shown in the price sheet (part 6 of the tender documents) as a separate cost item. The maintenance during the warranty period is also part of this invitation to tender.

description of the options: an option of free assignment to mthe submission of the basic contract for further phases and / or for additional quantities and services and for an extension of the contract up to 5 years after the signing of the contract is expressly reserved. However, sbb expressly reserves the right to charge these options in stages or to order these services as required (even partially)) in due course under the relevant public procurement rules (in competition). Both the redemption and the split of the option payments for a possible reordering of further services will be determined at a later date. The provisions of the basic agreement, including in the vertrag of the agreed original cost basis, all supplements and changes due to the redemption of options / reordering rights of sbb / changes in benefits, special agreements and other changes and amendments to the contract also apply to the re-ordered services; the scope of services, the dates and the other contract items will be in eachclarified the case prior to its initiation and recorded it in writing on the basis of a detailed offer in an addendum to the contract. Sbb has the right to extend the contract twice for one year each. All divisions and associated companies of sbb ag are entitled to the above-mentioned benefits and options.
