COMPLETE SPECIFICATIONS:
200 pieces per bundle, wrapped and properly labelled with continuous bundle numbers starting from the bottom, date manufactured and delivery must be indicated in each bundle and with pallet. With free sample provided by the supplier size: 8.5" x 11" (2 pcs) during bid opening for comparison to the attached sample.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS/ CONDITION:
The Supplier shall be responsible for the unloading of the delivered papers from the truck/van to the weighing area of said items without additional cost to NPO.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITION:
Delivered within fifteen (15) calendar days upon the receipt of Purchase Order.
