1. The subject of the contract is the provision of transport services to the Employer as part of the implementation of intra -power courses (so -called G services) in the area of operation Wer Białystok.
Service G - consists oftransporting postal items, under which the Contractor is obliged to:
- Acceptance of shipments for transport in places and dates specified in the schedule of service G, constituting Annex 1 to the draft contract,
- loading shipments to the vehicle and their distribution in the vehicle,
-discharging shipments from the vehicle at the places and dates specified in the service schedule of the G service, constituting Annex 1 to the draft contract.
