Task - Upgrade your current Veeam Backup & Replication Foundation Standard to Advanced Enterprise The procedure is conducted as an open tender with a contract value exceeding the EU thresholds pursuant to art. 139 of the Public Procurement Law. The subject of the order is to upgrade the licenses held by the Ordering Party to Veeam Backup & Replication Advanced Enterprise along with providing manufacturer support until May 10, 2028. The ordering party currently has 38 perpetual licenses of Veeam Backup & Replication Foundation Standard software, licensed in the per socket model, covered by manufacturer's contract No. 03662338. The subject of the order includes the provision of licenses enabling the increase of the existing solutions up to the Veeam Backup & Replication Advanced Enterprise version, with continuity of licensing and manufacturer support. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the requirements regarding functionality and technical parameters are set out in the Annex No. 6 to SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order. 1.
