1. The subject of the order is the supply of tables for control and packaging tools, a welding machine for producing sterilization packaging, a trolley for transporting tools and luminometers hereinafter referred to as "medical devices" to the headquarters of the Ordering Party, including:

Task No. 1 - table for control and packaging tools - 2 pcs.

Task no. 2 - welding machine for producing sterilization packaging - 1 item

Task No. 3 - Tool transport trolley - 2 pcs.

Task No. 4 - Luminometer - 2 pcs.

2. Detailed requirements for the minimum technical and utility parameters of the subject of the contract include an attachment No. 6 to SWZ - list of the required minimum parameters.
