KoPÚ Upper Okoli The subject of the performance of this public contract is the preparation of a proposal for complex land improvements (hereinafter referred to as "KoPÚ") in the cadastral territory of Horní Okolí, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class intended for the renewal of the real estate cadastre Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the cadastre of real estate (cadastral decree), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "cadastral decree"). The proposal of the KoPÚ will be processed in such a way that it can be registered in the real estate cadastre. The work will serve as a basis for the decision of the land office on the approval of the proposal for land improvements and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The draft CoPÚ will be drawn up according to a more detailed breakdown, which exactly corresponds to the requirements set out in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., on the procedure when carrying out land improvements and the requirements of the proposal for land improvements, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Decree No. 13/2014 Coll."). A part of the cadastral territory will be included in the complex land management district. From the total area of ​​the cadastral territory (hereinafter referred to as "the district") Horní Okolí (501 ha) will include an area of ​​275 ha in the area of ​​land development, and also land from the adjacent district with an area of ​​approx. 7 ha will be added to the district. Only some larger forest complexes remain outside the perimeter of land management. IN as part of the procedure, a change in the cadastral border between the district of Horní Okolí and the district of Bolechy is being prepared.
