KoPÚ Turkovice The subject of the performance of this public order is the processing of a proposal for comprehensive land improvements (KoPÚ) in c.ú. Turkovice near Přelouča, Rašova and Bumbalka and in the adjacent parts of the c.ú. Urbanice, Sovolusky near Přelouče and Podhořany near Ronov, including necessary ones of geodetic works in the accuracy class designated for renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll. On the cadastre of real estate (cadastral decree), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "cadastral decree"). The draft of the KoPÚ will be processed in such a way that it is can be registered in the real estate register. The work will serve as a basis for the land office's decision on the approval of the proposal for land improvements and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The draft of the KoPÚ will be drawn up according to a more detailed breakdown, which exactly corresponds to the requirements specified in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., on the procedure for carrying out land improvements and requirements for the proposal for land improvements, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Decree No. 13/2014 Coll.").
