KoPÚ Strupčice - finalization The subject of the performance of this public contract is the processing of a proposal for complex land improvements (hereinafter referred to as "KoPÚ") in the cadastral territory of Strupčice, when the original contractor did not complete the design work and the contract was withdrawn (the work was terminated in the development phase). This is the finalization of the proposal of the KoPÚ, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class determined for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (cadastral decree), as amended regulations (hereinafter referred to as "cadastral decree"). For the parts of the work that have already been handed over, it is necessary to check and subsequently update them, see Appendix No. 3 Item statement of activities - for the determination of the tender price, including the schedule for the performance of the main units. KoPÚ proposal will be processed so that it can be entered in the real estate cadastre. The work will serve as a basis for the land office's decision on the approval of the proposal for land improvements and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The draft KoPÚ will be drawn up according to of a more detailed breakdown, which exactly corresponds to the requirements specified in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., on the procedure for carrying out land improvements and requirements for the proposal for land improvements, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Decree No. 13/2014 Coll.").
