KoPÚ Slavkov near Český Krumlov The subject of this public contract is the preparation of a proposal for complex land improvements (hereinafter referred to as "KoPÚ") in the cadastral territory of Slavkov near Český Krumlov, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class intended for restoration to the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (cadastral decree), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "cadastral decree"). The proposal of the KoPÚ will be processed in such a way that it can be registered in the real estate cadastre. The work will serve as a basis for the land office's decision on the approval of the proposal for land improvements and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The draft of the KoPÚ will be drawn up according to a more detailed breakdown, which exactly corresponds to the requirements specified in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., on the procedure for carrying out land improvements and the requirements of the proposal for land improvements, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Decree No. 13/2014 Coll."). A part of the cadastral territory will be included in the complex land management district. Estimated acreage the area under consideration is 193 ha in the cadastral area of ​​Slavkov near Český Krumlov. The BPEJ is currently being updated in the subject institution. The basic map basis is the KMD map.
