Tender Details

The subject of the performance of this public contract is the processing of a proposal for complex land improvements (hereinafter referred to as "KoPÚ") in the cadastral territory of Sezemín, incl. necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class specified for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on real estate cadastre, as amended. The proposal of the KoPÚ will be processed in such a way that it can be registered in the real estate cadastre. The work will serve as a basis for the land office's decision on the approval of the proposal for land improvements and the decision on exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The proposal of the KoPÚ will be drawn up according to a more detailed breakdown, which exactly corresponds to the requirements set out in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., on the procedure for carrying out land improvements and requirements for the proposal for land improvements, as amended later regulations. KoPÚ will be solved with regard to the adjustment of anti-erosion measures. The estimated size of the area under consideration is 76 ha in the cadastral area of ​​Sezemín.
