The subject of the performance of this public contract is the processing of a proposal for complex land improvements (hereinafter referred to as "KoPÚ") in the cadastral territory of Podlužany and the cadastral territory of Milčice u Peček, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class intended for cadastral renewal real estate by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the cadastre of real estate (cadastral decree), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "cadastral decree"). The proposal of the KoPÚ will be processed in such a way that it can be registered in the real estate cadastre.
