KoPÚ Nečice The subject of the performance of this public contract is the processing of a proposal for complex land improvements (hereinafter referred to as "KoPÚ") in the cadastral territory of Nečice, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class designated for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by decree no. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre, as amended. KoPÚ in c.ú. Nečice includes a total of 172 ha, one building plot in the northern part of the territory was included among the unsolved plots. The forest complex in the southern part of the territory at the cadastral border is outside KoPÚ circuit. In order to solve the inconsistency of the state recorded in the real estate cadastre, the forests in the southern part of the territory were included in the KoPÚ and an investigation of the ownership boundaries of the land in question will be carried out. The number of title deeds entering the KoPÚ Nečice is 75, the number of parcels entering the KoPÚ Nečice is 366 parcels in the c.ú. Nečice and 1 plot in c.ú.
