KoPÚ Navary The subject of the performance of this public order is the processing of a proposal for complex land improvements (hereinafter referred to as "KoPÚ") in the cadastral territory of Navarre, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class designated for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by decree no. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (cadastral decree), as amended. The proposal of the KoPÚ will be processed in such a way that it can be registered in the real estate cadastre. The work will serve as a basis for the Land Office's decision to approve the proposal land improvements and decisions on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The draft KoPÚ will be drawn up according to a more detailed breakdown, which exactly corresponds to the requirements set out in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., on the procedure for carrying out land improvements and requirements proposal for land improvements, as amended. Most of the cadastral territory of Navarre will be included in the area of ​​complex land management, excluding larger forest complexes and some parts of the inner city. The estimated size of the area to be dealt with is in the cadastral register territory of Navarre 161 ha. The work will be completed in partial parts, the content of which will be identical to the annex to Decree No. 13/2014 Coll. and Methodical instructions for carrying out land improvements (in the current version). The results of individual sub-parts will be transmitted in accordance with contract for work.
