KoPÚ Mělčany near Ivančice The subject of this public contract is the preparation of a proposal for complex land improvements in the cadastral territory of Mělčany u Ivančice, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class designated for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by decree no. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (cadastral decree), as amended, based on requests from land owners pursuant to Act No. 139/2002 Coll., on land adjustments and land authorities, as amended, with the aim of spatially and to functionally organize the ownership rights to land and related encumbrances, make land available and ensure conditions for rational management of land owners and increase the ecological stability of the landscape. The results of the KoPÚ will serve for the restoration of the cadastral operation and as an indispensable basis for spatial planning. The estimated size of the area to be dealt with is 684 ha. 3, 537 parcels of land, registered on 331 title deeds, are included in the assumed area of ​​the KoPÚ.
