The subject of the performance of this public contract is the processing of a proposal for complex land improvements (hereinafter referred to as "KoPÚ") in the cadastral territory of Lipice, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class determined for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on cadastre of real estate (cadastral decree), as amended. KoPÚ in c.ú. Lipice includes a total of 280 ha, three building plots in the eastern part of the territory were included among the unsolved plots. The whole was included in the scope of complex land improvements cadastral territory of Lipice outside the built-up area of ​​the municipality of Lipice and two villages. Due to the accessibility of the territory, the forests in the western part of the territory were included in the KoPÚ, and an investigation of the course of the ownership boundaries of the land in question will be carried out.
