KoPÚ Liběšovice The subject of the performance of this public order is the processing of a proposal for complex land improvements (hereinafter referred to as "KoPÚ") in the cadastral territory of Liběšovice, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class designated for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (cadastral decree), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "cadastral decree"). The proposal of the KoPÚ will be processed in such a way that it can be registered in the real estate cadastre. The work will serve as a basis for the decision of the land office on the approval of the proposal for land improvements and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The draft of the KoPÚ will be drawn up according to a more detailed breakdown, which exactly corresponds to the requirements set out in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., on the procedure for implementation of land improvements and details of the proposal for land improvements, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Decree No. 13/2014 Coll."). The entire cadastral territory of the municipality of Liběšovice, outside the built-up territory of the municipality, without built-up the area called Čárka and without forest units In the bushes and Liběšovický les.
