KoPÚ Šlapanov The subject of the performance of this public order is the processing of a proposal for complex land improvements (hereinafter referred to as "KoPÚ") in the cadastral territory of Šlapanov, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class designated for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by decree no. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre, as amended. KoPÚ will be solved with special attention to the adjustment of water management conditions, anti-erosion and anti-flood measures. It is necessary to design effective mitigation measures as part of land management erosion and thus promote greater security against the effects of floods. The entire cadastral territory of the municipality of Šlapanov, outside the built-up territory of the municipality, will be included in the complex land management area.
