KoPÚ Jedousov Development of a comprehensive land development proposal (KoPÚ) in the Jedousov district and in the adjacent parts of the Choltice, Mokošín, Poběžovice u Přelouče, Štěpánov u Přelouče and Tupesy u Přelouče, including the necessary surveying activities in the accuracy class intended for the renewal of the cadastral operation and the preparation of documentation for the introduction of the results of the KoPÚ into the real estate cadastre and the demarcation of the boundaries of new plots of land. The proposal will serve as a basis for the branch's decision to approve the proposal for complex land improvements and a decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights, determination of the amount of payment and the deadline according to § 10, paragraph 2 of Act No. 139/2002 Coll., or on the establishment or cancellation of an easement on the land in question.
