KoPÚ Huntírov u Děčín The subject of the performance of this public contract is the processing of a proposal for complex land improvements (hereinafter referred to as "KoPÚ") in the cadastral territory of Huntířov u Děčín and the following parts of the c.ú. Brlozec and k.ú. Good, including the necessary geodetic works in accuracy class determined for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (cadastral decree), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "cadastral decree"). The draft KoPÚ will be processed so that it can be entered into real estate cadastre. The work will serve as a basis for the land office's decision on the approval of the proposal for land improvements and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The proposal of the KoPÚ will be drawn up according to a more detailed breakdown, which corresponds exactly the requirements specified in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., on the procedure for carrying out land improvements and requirements for the proposal for land improvements, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Decree No. 13/2014 Coll."). The whole will be included in the comprehensive land development district cadastral territory of the village of Huntířov with the adjacent part in c.ú. Brlozec and k.ú. Good, outside the built-up area of ​​the village. The estimated size of the area under consideration is 400 ha in the cadastral area (hereafter referred to as "c. ú.") of Huntířov u Děčín and adjacent parts.
