The subject of the performance of this public contract is the processing of a proposal for complex land improvements (hereinafter referred to as "KoPÚ") in the cadastral territory of Huntířov u Děčín and the following parts of the c.ú. Brlozec and k.ú. Good, including the necessary geodetic work in the specified accuracy class for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (cadastral decree), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "cadastral decree"). The proposal of the KoPÚ will be processed in such a way that it can be registered in the real estate cadastre. Work it will serve as a basis for the land office's decision on the approval of the proposal for land improvements and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The draft of the KoPÚ will be drawn up according to a more detailed breakdown that exactly corresponds to the requirements specified in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., on the procedure for carrying out land improvements and the requirements of the proposal for land improvements, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Decree No. 13/2014 Coll."). The entire cadastral territory of the municipality will be included in the complex land management area Huntířov with the subsequent part in the c.ú. Brlozec and k.ú. Good, outside the built-up area of ​​the village. The estimated size of the area under consideration is 400 ha in the cadastral area (hereafter referred to as "c. ú.") of Huntířov u Děčín and adjacent parts.
