KoPÚ Hluboká u Borovan - completion II The subject of the performance of this public order is the completion of the proposal for the previously initiated complex land improvements (hereinafter referred to as "KoPÚ") in the cadastral area of Hluboká u Borovan, including the necessary geodetic works in the classroom accuracies determined for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (cadastral decree), as amended. The proposal of the KoPÚ will be processed in such a way that it can be registered in the real estate cadastre. The work will serve as the basis for the decision of the land office on the approval of the land development proposal and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The draft KoPÚ will be drawn up according to a more detailed breakdown that exactly corresponds to the requirements specified in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., on the procedure for carrying out land improvements and the requirements of the proposal for land improvements, as amended. The original contractor, with whom the work contract was concluded in 2017, did not complete the design work and subsequently the work contract was canceled by agreement. Then, in 2022, a contract was concluded for the completion of the KoPÚ, which was canceled by agreement of the contracting parties in 2026. The reason for the cancellation was fundamental changes in the entry conditions and cost factors, which significantly affected the scope, difficulty and the economic balance of the agreed performance.
