KoPÚ Černotín The subject of the performance of this public contract is the processing of a proposal for complex land improvements (hereinafter referred to as "KoPÚ") in the cadastral territory of Černotín, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class designated for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by decree no. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (cadastral decree), as amended. The proposal of the KoPÚ will be processed in such a way that it can be registered in the real estate cadastre. The work will serve as a basis for the Land Office's decision to approve the proposal land improvements and decisions on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The draft KoPÚ will be drawn up according to a more detailed breakdown, which exactly corresponds to the requirements set out in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., on the procedure for carrying out land improvements and requirements proposal for land improvements, as amended. Both cadastral territories of the municipality of Černotín (c.ú. Černotín and c.ú. Hluzov) will be included in the perimeter of complex land improvements, outside the built-up area of ​​the municipality, incl. adjacent parts of Hranice and K.ú. Mouth.
