KoPÚ Bítovany The subject of the performance of this public contract is the processing of a proposal for complex land improvements (hereinafter referred to as "KoPÚ") in the cadastral territory of Bítovana and in the subsequent parts of the c.ú. Lukavice, Orel, Zaječice u Chrudim and Žumberk, including the necessary geodetic work in the accuracy class designated for renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre. The proposal of the KoPÚ will be processed in such a way that it can be registered in the real estate cadastre. The work will serve as a basis for the land office's decision on the approval of the land development proposal and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The KoPÚ draft will be drawn up according to a more detailed breakdown, which exactly corresponds to the requirements set out in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., on the procedure for carrying out land improvements and details of the proposal for land improvements, as amended.
