KoPÚ Brod nad Tichou - completion The subject of the public contract is the finalization of the proposal for comprehensive land development in c.ú. Brod nad Tichou (according to Act No. 139/2002 Coll., on land adjustments and land authorities and on amendments to Act No. 229/1991 Coll., on adjustment of ownership of relations to land and other agricultural property, as amended) including the necessary surveying activities intended for the renewal of the cadastral record (the accuracy of the geometric and position determination will correspond to code 3 of the quality characteristics according to § 7 paragraph and point 13 of the annex to Decree No. 357/2013 Coll. decrees on the real estate cadastre (cadastral decree), preparation of documentation for introducing the results of the KoPÚ into the real estate cadastre (hereinafter referred to as the "work"). The work will serve as a basis for the land decision office on the approval of the land development proposal and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The proposal of the KoPÚ will be processed in such a way that it can be registered in the real estate cadastre. Complex land improvements were started on February 26, 2014. To the perimeter of the complex of land improvements included the entire cadastral territory of the municipality of Brod nad Tichou, excluding the built-up territory of the municipality and the forest complex. The total area of ​​the KoPÚ district was set at 903 ha. In the KoPU district there are plots of land dealt with according to § 2 of the Act (898 ha) and plots of land not dealt with according to § 2 of the Act (5 ha). Determining the course of land boundaries on the KoPÚ circuit and determining the boundaries of land not resolved according to § 2 took place in 2017, when the KoPU district was registered in the Real Estate Cadastre.
