KoPÚ Bezdědovice The subject of the performance of this public contract is the processing of a proposal for complex land improvements (hereinafter referred to as "KoPÚ") in the cadastral territory of Bezdědovice, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class intended for the renewal of the real estate cadastre Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the cadastre of real estate (cadastral decree), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "cadastral decree"). The proposal of the KoPÚ will be processed in such a way that it can be registered in the real estate cadastre. The work will serve as a basis for the decision of the land office on the approval of the proposal for land improvements and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The draft CoPÚ will be drawn up according to a more detailed breakdown, which exactly corresponds to the requirements set out in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., on the procedure when carrying out land improvements and the requirements of the proposal for land improvements, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Decree No. 13/2014 Coll."). The majority of the cadastral territory (hereafter referred to as the "c. ú.") of Bezdědovice will be included in the complex land management district (outside the built-up area of ​​the village of Bezdědovice, scattered buildings and forest complex in the northern part of the Bezdědovice district). Forest units situated in different parts of the c.ú. Bezdědovice will be part of the KoPÚ district, as land dealt with according to § 2 of Act No. 139/2002 Coll., in pl. wording.
