Kontula daycare center, replacement new building, complete contract The object of the procurement is the construction of a new building to replace Kontula's daycare center as a fixed-price total contract, where the contractor selected for the work will work in accordance with the YSE 1998 conditions and legislation as the main contractor acting as the main contractor. The planned extent of the kindergarten building under construction is a total of approximately 2, 747 gross square meters. The contract also includes the demolition of the old daycare building currently on the construction site and construction of the new building's playground. The contract is defined in more detail in the annexes to the request for tender. The city council has approved the project plan in March 2025. Building permit?
