1. 4.1 The subject of the order is the service entitled: "Current maintenance of hydrotechnical and regulatory structures in the area of ​​the Catchment Management Board in Tczew". A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the terms of execution of the contract are specified in: - Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, - Designed provisions of the contract (PPU) - Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. 2. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. The Ordering Party does not divide this order for the reasons indicated in the OPZ - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. In addition, the Ordering Party awards services in parts, each of which constitutes the subject of separate proceedings, and this order is one of those separate parts. A contractor may submit only one offer. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting variant offers. The Ordering Party does not envisage the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 PZP. 3. The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key parts of the order. The Ordering Party allows the participation of subcontractors in the execution of the order. In the event of the participation of subcontractors in the execution of the order, the Ordering Party, in accordance with Art. 462 section 2 of the Public Procurement Law, demands the Contractor should indicate in his offer the parts of the order whose performance he intends to entrust to subcontractors and the Contractor should provide the names of the subcontractors' companies, if they are already known.
