Tender Details

The department consists of six residential blocks, built in the period 1954-1963. The blocks have either
Basement or parterreetage and ground floor, 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor and contain a total of 166 homes.
All leases on the ground floor, 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor have an open balcony.
The project includes in main features:
- Various degradation work
- New bathrooms
- New engineering room in each block
- New supply tube district heating in terrain primarily coordination and excavation work.
- New utility pipe for domestic water In terrain incl. excavation work.
- New supply pipes and connections for domestic water. Complete replacement in blocks.
- Replacing all radiator valves in the blocks
- Replacement and stocking of fall trunks and wires under floors.
- Post -insulation of gables with new shell wall, with associated new foundations.
- New side sections to existing balconies by new shell walls
- New roof adjustments by gables over advanced balconies.
