Subject: Request for Quotes - 19FM2026Q0004
Enclosed is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for Kolonia - Roof gutter replacement at the Chancery Compound. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section J of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form that follows this letter.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
A pre-quotation conference and site visit will be held on February 13, 2026, at 10:00 am (Kolonia local time) at U.S. Embassy Kolonia. Request for access clearance must be submitted through email at MRSSProcurement@state.gov on or before February 9, 2026, no later than 4:00 pm (Kolonia local time). Request should include the name/s of your company-s representative/s. Access to the Embassy facilities will not be permitted without prior access clearance.
Quotations are due by February 23, 2026, 4:00 pm (Kolonia local time). No quotations will be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English and incomplete quotations will not be accepted.
