FOR THE KASIBU MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL (KMH)

1. The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the (Capital Outlay, 20 % DF 2024) intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱150, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Laboratory Equipment for Kasibu Municipal Hospital (KMH). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within [2 years] from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
