Framework agreement for the production of textbooks, books and other printed products. KM textbooks, books and other printed products Subject of procurement: To ensure the provision of school textbooks for the contracting authority and to fulfill its other duties production of the required amount of textbooks, books and other printed products with ISBN numbers, Kbt. Section 105 (1) in accordance with Individual Orders given on the basis of the framework agreement according to point a). It can be given based on the framework agreement The total consideration for Individual Orders cannot exceed the net amount of HUF 45, 000, 000, 000 (Forty-five billion HUF) + VAT. The use of the framework amount is an option and not an obligation for the contracting authority. Finished products on site its delivery (according to point II.2.3) is the responsibility of the successful tenderer. The detailed terms of delivery are contained in the draft framework agreement. The delivery fee is included in the contractor's fee. The finished products must be packed in a unit package. THE the detailed conditions of packaging are included in the draft framework agreement. The cost of packaging is included in the contractor's fee. Based on the production data for the years 2024 and 2025, the contracting authority provides the expected quantities as information as follows: a) the expected total number of textbooks and books to be produced per year: 13.5 million copies, i.e. only 54 million copies during the 48-month term of the framework agreement.
