The framework agreement does not give rise to a procurement obligation, depending on the actual procurement demand, the Bidder can use the amount foreseen under the scope of the framework agreement - its maximum amount- is entitled to purchase in the second stage of the framework agreement, from which the amount of the actual purchase may deviate in a negative direction.and plant protection works, plant protection and nutrient replenishment works for spring and autumn sown grains.
