Creation of a dynamic procurement system (hereinafter: DBR) in the subject "Procurement of various lubricating oils DBR" The tenderer (hereinafter: AK) wishes to purchase (purchase) the following products, among others, but not exclusively, within the scope of the relevant DBR implement: Brake oils Cooling-lubricating fluids Cooling-lubricating oil Compressor oils Engine oils Two-stroke engine oils Four-stroke engine oils Machine tool oils Chain oil Axle oil Inhibited insulating oil Transmission oils Hydraulic working fluids Hydraulic oil Estimated value: CXLIII of 2015 on public procurement. Act (hereinafter: Kbt.) on the basis of § 18, paragraph (2), the estimated highest total value of the contracts to be concluded during the entire duration of the DBR, i.e. HUF 783, 474, 270 net. AK draws attention to the fact that the For AK, the creation of a DBR does not mean a full drawdown/utilization obligation for this total value. Quantity: due to the different nature of the products, the number of products to be procured within the framework of the DBR is precisely determined in advance at this stage of the procedure cannot be determined. Based on the experience of the previous period, the calculated quantity for this estimated highest total net value is approximately 36 different products (123, 892 liters, 265, 008 kilograms and 6, 688 pieces). To actually purchase the amount to be avoided may differ from these calculated/approximate data.
