ACQUISITION BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES Sodankylä municipality has received a positive funding decision from the Finnish Federation for the JTF-financed Better paths, stronger attraction - Sodankylä route investment project. The project is part of the Renewing and competent Finland 2021-2027 program's action line 7 (Finland of a just transition) and implements the special goal 7.1 A regionally just transition of phasing out peat. to the resting place of outdoor routes. The goal of the procurement is to ensure the availability of firewood, enable controlled distribution of firewood, and reduce misuse. The delivery must include the device, locking and operating system, possible payment system (e.g. mobile payment or similar), energy solution, installation and commissioning. The connection must be suitable for fixed mains electricity (off-grid solution is not required). The valve machine must contain at least 32 separate hatches through which firewood can be distributed for the users in a controlled manner. The customer is responsible for bringing the necessary power supply to the installation site of the device. fully ready for use after installation and commissioning.
