Klaipėda City Municipality's greenery management services. Klaipėda City Municipality's greenery management services. The price of the supplier's offer cannot exceed EUR 150, 000.00 with VAT (or EUR 123, 966.94 without VAT, if the supplier is a non-VAT payer or services are not subject to VAT, or for other reasons, due to which the final amount payable by the Procuring Organization to the supplier will be without VAT), offers exceeding this amount will be considered unacceptable and will be rejected. The preliminary quantities of purchased services are indicated description of tender conditions in Appendix 1, they may be reduced or increased during the performance of the Contract according to the needs of the Contracting Authority.
