KK - Indicative announcement - Response center solution and user-friendly technology Invitation to early market dialogue - Joint procurement of a response center solution and user-friendly health technology Background The municipalities in Møre and Romsdal, as well as Hitra and Rindal, are planning a joint procurement of a response center solution and user-friendly health technology. The procurement is carried out as an inter-municipal collaboration and can include up to 29 municipalities. The project has received NOK 1 million in support through the Health Technology Scheme. The work with the procurement will continue through 2026 and the first half of 2027. The aim is to establish a future-oriented, scalable and cost-effective solution that supports safety, quality and efficient use of resources in the health and care services. The acquisition will contribute to increased care capacity through the appropriate use of technology as an integrated part of the services, while at the same time facilitating innovation and development in cooperation between municipalities and suppliers. Preparedness and cyber security will be central themes in the acquisition. The municipalities expect the suppliers to work systematically with the prevention, detection, handling and follow-up of security incidents throughout the solution's lifecycle.
