KK - Framework agreement - Plumbing services Kristiansund municipality wishes to enter into a framework agreement with three suppliers for plumbing services and 24/7 on-call alertness. The agreement shall include both rehabilitation of existing buildings and smaller new buildings, and cover the client's ongoing needs. In the case of major renovations and new buildings, separate tenders will be conducted via Mercell. The estimated contract value is NOK 2, 000, 000 ex. VAT per year, with an upper limit of NOK 3, 000, 000 ex. VAT per year, depending on the municipality grants. The client is not obliged to purchase services for this entire amount. A detailed description of the delivery can be found in 02 (requirement specification). The contract period is 2 years, with an option to extend for a further 1 + 1 year, so that the the total duration can be up to four years. The option is triggered automatically, unless the client gives written notice at least two months before the option period starts.
