Reykjavík Procurement Office (RPO hereafter), on behalf of the IT Department of the Department of Service and Innovation (the buyer hereafter), welcomes tenders for: A Kitchen Management System (KMS), hereafter referred to as the system; a software solution that enables the City of Reykjavík to introduce co-ordinated use of a kitchen management system in the Welfare Department-s production kitchen, which produces around 1, 000 meals daily, and in the compulsory school cafeterias within the Education and Youth Department, which produce around 14, 000 meals daily. The system is to replace older systems, Master Cater System from ANOVA Data that is now in use in the Welfare Department production kitchen and Timian from Origio that is now in use in few of the school cafeterias.
