1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format
outlined in far subpart 12.6, fac 2005-89 (14 july 2016). This announcement constitutes the only
solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation,
w901uz10874003, is being issued as a request for quote. The specific requirements are explained on the
attached request for quote. This solicitation is being issued as 100% small business set aside under the north
american industrial classification standard code 423440.
2. The provisions at 52.212-2, evaluation-commercial items apply. All quotes will be considered. Any resultant
award will be made to the lowest priced offeror providing a technically acceptable offer as outlined in the solicitation. The government anticipates a firm fixed price contract. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the site frequently for updates/amendments to any and all documents. The following federal acquisition regulations (far) and its supplements (dfars and affars) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition;52.204-7 sam registration and 252.232-7003, electronic submission of payment requests, 252-232-7006 wawf payment instructions for wide area work flow.
