General Description. The Work Requirements in this RFT involve Restoration of Kitchens at Bloomfield Development in Windsor, Ontario. The work is to include supply & installation of:• Kitchen Cabinets, Countertop, Backsplash, Sinks, and Faucets, under-cabinet lighting and rangehoods. Sink installation is to include installation of new P-trap and shutoff valves. Workmay require repairs including dry wall, paint, flooring where required. Relocation of Receptacle Outlet to GFCI required.• Bathroom flooring, base, toilet, vanity, medicine cabinet, light fixture and exhaust fan. Plumbing installation to include new P-trap and shutoff valves.
