THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE SERVICE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The pharmacy department has existing equipment and software compatible with Bluesight, Inc. Bluesight, Inc. is the manufacturer and sole supplier of the KitCheck RFID System.

Bluesight, Inc. is the only source that can meet the Government-s minimum requirements to provide the requested procurement mentioned above at Nellis AFB.
