KRR is accepting bids for replacing the Siding on its Chalet and repairing any and all damages found beneath the surface. The successful proponent will be responsible for all labour, materials, equipment, and supervision required to complete the siding replacement, including but not limited to:
Removal and disposal of existing siding and related materialsInspection of underlying sheathing, framing, and moisture barriersIdentification and reporting of any concealed damageRepair or replacement of damaged substrate as approved by the OwnerSupply and installation of new siding systemInstallation of required weather barriers, flashing, trim, and sealantsIntegration with existing doors, windows, vents, and penetrationsCompliance with all applicable building codes and standardsSite cleanup and proper disposal of all debris
